These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website and every order placed with us. The below sets these out in what we hope is a straight-forward and easy-to-read manner.

 

General provisions and definitions

 

1. General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") regulate the rights and obligations of the business entity SpyMarket s.r.o., Špitálska 22, Michalovce 071 01, ID No.: 46976477, VAT ID No.: SK2023674939 registered in the Commercial Register of the OS KE I, sec. 31429/V, (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or "Operator") and the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" or "Customer"), the subject of which is the purchase and sale of goods on the Seller's e-commerce website.

 

1.1 Seller/operator - in these Terms and Conditions, the Seller is understood to be SpyMarket s.r.o., Špitálska 22, Michalovce 071 01, ID No.: 46976477, VAT ID No.: SK2023674939, registered in the Commercial Register of the Commercial Register of the OS KE I, sec. 1.2 Consumer - a natural person who does not act within the scope of his/her trade or other business activity when concluding and performing a consumer contract.

1.3 Entrepreneur :

A person registered in the commercial register,
a person who carries on business on the basis of a trade licence,
a person who carries on business on the basis of a licence other than a trade licence under special regulations,
a person who carries out agricultural production and is entered in the register under a special regulation,
a person who, in his order, indicates his identification number in his details 

 

Our Contract with You

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the product(s) from us, and we will send you an order acknowledgement. However, your offer shall only be accepted by us once we place the product you have ordered onto the delivery van and only then shall a legally binding contract be formed between us. Until then we can decline to supply the goods – we will try to ensure that this never happens but we do however, reserve the right not to fulfil your order for any reason if, for example, we have made an error on the price or similar or we simply can't get hold of the model you need. In the event of these circumstances we will refund you any price you’ve paid to us.

Availability

We display our availability on the website using a green tick. At the checkout we also give you the delivery slots available. We deliver thousands of products a week and so we must rely on a computer system for our stock control. Computers are better than people at this but even they occasionally get it wrong. If we get this wrong, we will tell you as soon as we know, and we will try to sort it out for you. If we cannot find a solution, then we will of course offer a refund.

Website Information

We try to specify accurate information for every product listed on spyproworld.com. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that product specifications are correct on the website, due to continual product development through research & design, specifications may change without notice.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The copyright in the photos, videos, data and text used on our website belongs to us or our suppliers and the general look and feel and format of our website belongs to us. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our suppliers.

Customer Reviews

Any customer reviews of the products we sell are the opinions of our customers and do not form part of the specification or description of the product. We shall not be liable if any of the information contained in a customer review proves inaccurate.

Prices

All the prices we display include VAT and exclude delivery.

From time to time we may offer products at sale or promotional prices. Any such offers will apply to selected products and be subject to availability. Delivery charges, conditions and geographical exclusions may apply. Please refer to individual product pages for pricing.

Payment

We can accept payment from any Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard & Maestro card and do all we can to ensure your details are secure. If there are any problems with receiving payment, we'll let you know.

Delivery

The SpyProworld team is committed to excellence. They appreciate the opportunity to prepare your order. You can count on them to flawlessly process your order and get your gear in-transit to you as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time ship the same business day. Orders received on holidays or after 2:00 PM are shipped the next business day. Orders received on weekends or after 2:00 PM on Friday are shipped Monday

Express Shipping: We offer express shipping via DHL Express. If available to your address, these options and charges will be displayed at checkout. The charges are customized based on your delivery address, and the weights and dimensions of the items in your order. We do not mark up express shipping charges; instead, we pass along our best volume discount to our customers.

International Customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties

Delivery Limitations

Occasionally something happens outside of our control, such as closed roads, floods, snow or other adverse weather conditions. We will do what we can but can’t be held liable if we can’t fulfil delivery due to reasons beyond our control.

Cancellation

If you're not happy with your product or simply change your mind, you must provide us with notice of cancellation within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund.

We’re happy for you to unpack your order to inspect it properly before deciding, but any damage or any signs of use and/or opening impacts our ability to resell products if they are returned. As such, if we deem the value of the product has been reduced by your use, we may only make a partial refund for the reduction in value.

Where you have not used the product and it is returned in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund. Your refund will be made within 14 days of our receipt of your return.

If Products Are Faulty or Damaged in Transit

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products which are faulty or not as expected. We're under a legal duty to supply products that meet the requirements to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as expected.

We take every care to ensure your order arrives with you in perfect condition and each item is checked by our team before leaving our warehouse.

In the event your product develops a fault, or you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we request you contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement. We will provide you with full instructions on how to return the product(s) to us, the next steps and options available to you.

Once we receive your returned item, your replacement product will be shipped to you via the same delivery method as your original order at no extra cost to you.

 

Shipping returns

 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

The customer can return the goods and send them no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract and send the goods back to the seller's address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returned items must be in NEW FACTORY-FRESH condition, as shipped from the manufacturer. The product and all boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, cables, instruction manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories etc., must be included without damage, markings, tape, folds or defacing.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Withdrawal from the contract must contain the identification of the buyer, the date of the order, the exact specification of the goods, the account number where to send the returned amount of the price, to speed up communication, and the telephone contact or e-mail. At the same time as withdrawing from the purchase contract, the consumer delivers the goods to the seller together with the original accessories, including all documentation in the original packaging. We recommend sending the goods by registered mail, as the seller is not responsible for their possible loss or damage during transportation.

The goods must be complete, undamaged, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase!!! In original packaging, without mechanical wear, resaleable - all accessories (documents, accessories).

 

APPROACH:

1.) Please send the goods to us no later than 14 days after withdrawing from the contract.

2.) Attach a letter of withdrawal from the purchase of goods, where you indicate

- Your name, address and telephone number,

- Account number to which the money will be returned to you,

- Invoice number,

- Your signature and date.

3.) Send us the original proof of purchase back with the goods.

4.) Send the goods in the original packaging / in the original box or other original packaging / so that it is not damaged or dirty during delivery.

After receiving the goods at our address, we are obliged to return the amount paid for the goods to you no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract, but we normally process the return of payments in less than 14 days by transfer to your bank account or payment card.

 

The buyer cannot withdraw from the purchase contract, the subject of which is:

a) sale of goods made according to the special requirements of the buyer, goods made to measure or goods intended specifically for one buyer,

b) sale of goods enclosed in a protective packaging, which is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose protective packaging was broken after delivery, e.g. earphones,

c) sale of goods which, due to their nature, may be inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

d) sale of audio recordings, video recordings, audio-visual recordings, books or software (you have a maximum of 3 days for testing when purchasing software)
