The GPS signal jammer is a device designed for the temporary blocking of GPS signals from tracking devices, thereby preventing the determination of location of vehicles, persons, or assets using GPS technology. In addition to jamming GPS signals, this jammer can also eliminate simple forms of GSM interception that operate on basic mobile frequencies. The device works not only against GPS tracking units, but also simultaneously jams GSM frequencies used by mobile phones and GSM listening devices. As a result, mobile phones may be temporarily disabled, especially in environments where 3G coverage is not available. 3G frequencies are not jammed by this GPS jammer, which means that modern smartphones can continue to function in areas with an active 3G signal. Due to its lower power output, this is a basic and simple solution, suitable primarily for short-term use in small spaces. The actual jamming range depends on the strength of surrounding signals and environmental conditions. The device is powered by an internal battery, allowing for mobile and flexible use without the need for a permanent connection to an external power source.
